The Toledo Walleye will donate the proceeds from a game worn jersey auction they will be holding following the hockey game on March 15, 2014. These jerseys have a green St. Patrick’s Day theme and the money raised will be donated to the Toledo Fire & Rescue Foundation to benefit the families of our two fallen firefighters, Private Steve Machcinski and Private Jamie Dickman.
The Walleye will be playing against the Kalamazoo Wings at 7:15 at the Huntington Center. The Huntington Center ice will be green with two Irish bands performing during the game.
The game worn sweaters will be auctioned immediately following the game on Saturday.
